Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to PnLytix at pnlytix.com and the journal at app.pnlytix.com. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

The service

PnLytix is a software journal for prop-firm and discretionary traders. Features may include trade logging, account tracking, analytics, market context, and AI-assisted insights. We may change, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions

PnLytix offers a Free plan (core journal) and a paid Pro plan. New accounts receive a complimentary 7-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card. When the trial ends, the account returns to Free unless you start a paid Pro subscription. Pricing, renewals, and cancellation terms for paid Pro are shown at Stripe checkout. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Settings → Billing. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the trade data and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service (including AI features you choose to use).

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.
• Do not use PnLytix for unlawful activity or to violate prop-firm or broker rules.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the product without written permission.

No investment advice

PnLytix is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing in the product is investment, trading, or financial advice. You alone decide how to trade and manage risk.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using PnLytix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
