Privacy Policy

PnLytix ("we", "us") provides a trading journal for live and prop books at pnlytix.com (the journal itself also lives at app.pnlytix.com). This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account details: email, name, and profile photo you provide or sync via Google sign-in.
• Journal data: trades, accounts, payouts, notes, and settings you enter in the app.
• Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Advertising measurement: if you accept optional cookies and arrive from an X (Twitter) ad, we load the X pixel to understand sign-ups. X may set cookies or similar identifiers per their policy.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and keep your journal available across sessions.
• Power product features such as analytics, briefings, and AI coaching.
• Send essential account messages (e.g. password reset).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, we receive your Google account email and basic profile information needed to create or sign in to your PnLytix account. We do not access your Gmail or Google Drive. You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings.

Processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers (including hosting and database services) to run PnLytix. They process data only to provide those services under contractual safeguards.

Retention

We keep account and journal data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email below.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember theme and onboarding choices, and make the journal work. If you accept optional cookies, we also load Vercel Analytics and the X (Twitter) advertising pixel described above. You can accept all cookies or keep necessary cookies only from the banner on any page, and you can change that choice later from the Cookies link in the footer.

Your choices

• Update profile details in Settings.
• Accept or reject optional cookies from the site-wide cookie banner.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
• Stop using Google sign-in by disconnecting the provider in Google and using email login.
